We work with both professional and individual fiduciaries who are managing supplemental needs trusts and guardianship accounts for individuals with disabilities.
FAMILIES
Families of individuals with disabilities face many challenges. Many have raised children without the assistance of government funded programs, but have reached the point where they need outside help.
AGENCIES
Disability service providers face a daunting task. The need for services for individual with disabilities continues to grow, yet at the same time funding for services–and primarily Medicaid funding–continues to shrink.
